The risk-free return window covers 30 days from the date your wireless video hardware arrives, giving broadcast engineers and creators ample time to test ultra-low latency performance in studio.

To initiate a return or warranty claim, submit your order ID and hardware serial number to our support crew.

Refunds are issued within 5 business days after inspection at our tech center. Your payment method will be credited minus original express freight, with zero hidden restocking fees on complete hardware units.

To qualify for a full refund under our 30-day broadcast guarantee:

  • Units were purchased within 30 days

  • All original cables, packaging included

Non-returnable items and exclusions:

  • Custom engraved gear chassis or bespoke wiring assemblies.

  • Hardware showing liquid exposure, heavy physical damage, or unauthorized modifications.

  • Redeemed software activation keys and streaming plugin downloadable licenses.

  • Accessories damaged through improper reverse-charging voltage application.

Our engineering center inspects all returned wireless hardware before issuing full credit or original payment refund.

We recommend trackable shipping with transit insurance to protect your HDMI video extender equipment during transit. StreamGear is not liable for units lost or damaged prior to arrival at our warehouse center.

If your Creator Combo set was gifted directly, you will receive a digital store credit voucher equivalent to the purchase value upon return verification, redeemable for any wireless engineering accessories.

For non-gift flagged orders, refunds are issued directly to the original purchaser payment account upon gear receipt and inspection.
